Meet Our Team

  • Founder & Principal Advisor

    Rob is a technology executive with 25 years of experience pushing the limits of performance. Prior to founding Augur in 2024, Rob was CEO of Atom Computing, a company building quantum computers out of optically trapped neutral atoms. Rob was Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer for Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group. Rob spent over 20 years at Intel where he was Vice President & General Manager of Data Center Group Strategic Planning leading the Xeon™ processor roadmap and managing Intel’s data center silicon portfolio. Rob graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering, has been a frequent contributor to industry standards, and holds two U.S. patents.

  • Senior Analyst

    Allen has spent nearly 20 years in the technology industry architecting and analyzing data center performance.  Prior to Augur, Allen led the data center product performance benchmarking and analysis team at Intel.  He has held leadership roles in architecture, product management, sales, and technical marketing to guide the strategy and tradeoffs to help customers select optimal infrastructure solutions.  Allen studied computer architecture with MS and BS degrees from the University of California-San Diego and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign respectively.
